Gemma passed away peacefully on the 17th February 2023 aged 40 Years. Her funeral will take place on the 13th March 2023 11.15am at St Thomas Becket Church. Donations to Ashgate Hospice and Stage 4 Deserves More (Gem Foundation). Bright colours to worn, Football shirts and Darts Shirts.
